If you prefer a more secluded setting, we have several options available. Down in the vaults, we have the Stubelius Room, which can accommodate up to 16 people. For larger groups, we have the Bellman Floor, with space for up to 50 people. It consists of multiple rooms and can be set for both big or bigger groups.

Stubelius Room

In the Stubelius Room, you can enjoy a private setting for 10 to 16 people.

The room is located in the old vaults of Den Gyldene Freden. It is named after Torsten Stubelius, the architect who was commissioned to renovate the property after Anders Zorn’s purchase in 1919. During the renovation, Stubelius rediscovered many of the house’s forgotten and bricked-up vaults.

For groups larger than 10 people, a pre-ordered set menu from the à la carte menu is required. The menu should be ordered at least three days in advance.

We do not have any minimum charge but we have a Culture herritage fee of 2000 sek for all bookings in Stubelius Room
